These Terms govern your access to and use of BeomNaru’s AI-driven Korean name generation, AI portrait generation, and related digital content services.

Refund amounts are generally reviewed based on the ratio of unused credits, together with payment processing fees and applicable operational policies.
BeomNaru is an AI-driven Korean cultural identity platform. Its core services are Korean name generation (K-naming) and AI portrait generation.
To generate a culturally grounded Korean name, BeomNaru references traditional Korean cultural datasets — including Five-Element and calendar-based data — as inputs that inform the naming and imagery. These analytical readings are a supporting data layer, not the primary product.
All generated names, portraits, and readings are AI-generated cultural reference materials provided for entertainment and self-reflection. They carry no legal, predictive, or guaranteed effect.
Prohibited content: You may not use BeomNaru to generate, request, or upload adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise NSFW (not-safe-for-work) content, nor any content that is illegal, sexualizes or exploits minors, or promotes violence or hatred. BeomNaru is intended solely for culturally grounded Korean names and tasteful traditional or artistic portrait imagery.
Content moderation: All generation prompts are automatically screened, and BeomNaru may block, refuse, or remove any request or output that violates this policy and may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
You must be at least 14 years old to use this service.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, parental or legal guardian consent may be required.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.
Accounts involved in fraud, abuse, abnormal payment attempts, or operational interference may be suspended or restricted.
Credits (C) are prepaid digital usage rights that can only be used within the BEOM NARU service.
Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, points, or any other instrument.
Credits are generally non-transferable and may not be reassigned to another user.
Monthly membership may be billed automatically at 12,900 per month, granting 30 consumable credits each billing cycle.
Membership credits are consumable: they are valid for 30 days from the billing date and do not roll over to the next cycle.
Membership benefits (consumable credits, unlimited Learning Space for the month, and member image rates of UHD 3C / HD 1C) reset every 30 days.
A Monthly Cultural Brief email is sent at the start of each month (within days 1–3).
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
You may cancel at any time from account settings or subscription management, and existing benefits continue until the end of the paid period.
Generated AI images, finalized names, and completed outputs are treated as delivered immediately once generation is completed.
Because of the nature of digital goods, completed outputs are generally non-refundable.
Because the service provides digital content, refunds may be restricted once credits are consumed or outputs are generated.
Unused credits may be reviewed for refund eligibility within 7 days of purchase.
For monthly membership, consumable credits that have already expired or been used are non-refundable; only unused benefits may be reviewed for a refund within 7 days of payment.
Bonus credits granted free of charge through promotions or privileges are excluded from refund calculations and are deducted first when a refund is processed.
If a service error affected delivery, we may review credit restoration when contacted within 24 hours.
All refund requests must be submitted to support@beomnaru.ai.
BeomNaru owns rights to the service logic, branding, UI/UX, and proprietary analysis methods.
You retain responsibility for the data you input into the service.
Use of AI-generated outputs is subject to applicable pricing and service policies.
Naming, portrait, and reading outputs are provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only.
BeomNaru does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice and does not guarantee the accuracy or luck of any result.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeomNaru is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Disputes related to these Terms shall be submitted to the competent court where BeomNaru’s principal place of business is located.
