At BeomNaru, we treat your information as a valuable personal asset and take privacy seriously. We operate with reference to the principles of major international privacy standards and aim to handle personal information transparently and responsibly.

Account information: name or nickname, email address, and social login identifiers if used
Service input data: gender, date of birth, and exact time of birth if provided
Payment data: processed through Creem (international payment provider); we do not store card details directly
Service usage statistics: journey steps, button choices, coarse browser/device categories, language, and time zone (IP addresses are not stored in product analytics)
The hosting provider may temporarily process an IP address for security and connection handling, but BeomNaru does not use it for visitor analytics or identification
Ad-related information: Google AdMob may process advertising identifiers for rewarded ads
To generate Korean names (K-naming), AI portraits, and related cultural readings
To manage credit balances, ad rewards, and usage history
To improve service quality and personalize outputs
To respond to support inquiries, payment checks, and refund reviews
Relevant data is retained while your account is active.
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
Raw, non-identifying usage-statistics events are retained for 30 days and then deleted.
Transaction records may be retained for up to 5 years under applicable tax, accounting, and payment regulations.
Creem (Merchant of Record): international payment processing and global tax operations
Google Firebase: authentication, data storage, service infrastructure, and storage of BeomNaru’s first-party usage statistics
Google AdMob: rewarded ad delivery
ImprovMX: email forwarding and sending infrastructure for operational and support communication
Naver Cloud (CLOVA Studio): AI generation of interpretation text for Saju, Tojeong, and naming (limited to non-identifying analysis data)
Google (Gemini): AI-assisted generation such as name/narration voice (TTS)
fal.ai: AI profile and hanbok image generation (uploaded images are not used for AI training)

Firebase-based authentication and access control rules are used.
Passwords are encrypted in a way that cannot be reversed, and we never store or view users’ actual passwords. As a result, actual passwords cannot be identified or recovered even in the event of a data breach.
The account identifier (UID) is a random value not derived from personal data such as email or name, and personal data can only be accessed by the account itself after passing authentication and access control rules.
Sensitive logic and payment verification are handled on the server side.
Data processed through Firebase-based infrastructure is protected in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest.
Other providers apply their own safeguards according to their policies.
BeomNaru provides naming, identity, and interpretation content for entertainment and self-reflection purposes.
The results are provided for reference only and must not be used as direct legal, medical, or investment advice.
Content you have downloaded yourself, or shared or posted on social media, messengers, or external platforms (such as names, images, or license cards), is within your own control. When you delete your account, the originals and public documents on BeomNaru servers are destroyed, but BeomNaru cannot retrieve or guarantee the deletion of copies that have already been downloaded, shared, or re-posted and spread externally.
Content you chose to make public — such as a license shared via link or a card posted to the Plaza — can be removed by you directly, or is destroyed together with your account when you delete it. However, we are not responsible for copies that third parties saved, captured, or re-shared before such deletion.
BeomNaru is not directed to anyone under 18 and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
We process birth details and uploaded photos in reliance on your confirmation that every analysis subject and every person shown is an adult who has permitted the use.
If we learn that personal information from anyone under 18 has been collected, we will delete it without undue delay.
