Credits are spent on services such as Korean name generation, hanbok portrait image generation, and cultural readings. One-time paid credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. Monthly membership credits are consumable: valid for 30 days from the billing date, reset each cycle, and do not roll over. Membership also includes unlimited Learning Space for the month and member image rates (UHD 3C / HD 1C).
Refunds are calculated on unused credits in proportion to the amount paid, and may be adjusted for payment-processing fees. Promotional/bonus credits are excluded from refund valuation. For monthly membership, expired or used consumable credits are non-refundable; unused benefits may be reviewed within 7 days of payment. Refund requests: support@beomnaru.ai.
